Cultivation Employee (Part-Time)​

As a cultivation employee at our high-tech start-up company, you will work in an inspiring working environment. To test our robots, tomato plants are grown that you can take care of. These plants continue to grow on a high wire and will have to be lowered, clipped, harvested and stripped of leaves. The plants grow into heights, which means that the high work will be done on an aerial platform. The tomato plants grow under experimental conditions in which every plant has value and must therefore be treated carefully. It is also important that strange plant growth or diseases and pests are noticed and communicated to your colleagues. It is possible to take on more tasks, such as taking crop measurements, deploying natural pest control agents and providing assistance with emergency services in the long term.

Experience

- Convincing interest in working with plants in your spare time or at work.
- Experience in working with tomatoes, or in a greenhouse, is a plus.
- Work experience on an aerial work platform or willingness to obtain an aerial work platform certificate.
- Speaking and understanding English is a plus.
- Having technical insight is a plus.

Our offer
- Part-time of 2 working days per week, with possibility to expand in 2025.
- Competitive salary of 2500 euro when employed full time of 40 hours.
